Make sure you are logged into GOOGLE with your SCHOOL ACCOUNT and you should be taken to the AWS App Stream automatically
sTEP-bY-sTEP iNSTRUCTIONS
Sign into your SCHOOL GOOGLE and your GPPSS NETWORK ACCOUNT
Now click on the AWS tab in your Schoology Quicklinks for CG
You should now be take to the amazon AppStream 2.0 where you can find the ADOBE software that you need - just click on the one you want to use.
After clicking the ADOBE software you need, it will load in the App Stream - be patient it takes some time to load. See below
Once the software loads, it is now time to log into the ADOBE Creative Cloud using your SCHOOL EMAIL ADDRESS and then click CONTINUE
Now choose COMPANY or SCHOOL ACCOUNT if you see this page
Now fill out the WINDOWS SECURITY box with your STUDENT ID # (NO @gpschools.org) and school password
You Did It!!! Just close the tab!
Here is what your PHOTOSHOP looks like in the AWS
*After you have logged in a few times, you may get this message- you just need to log out of one, or both of the virtual Amazon Machines and then click "CONTINUE"

You now need to connect your GOOGLE DRIVE to your AWS to save and access files
Locate the AWS TOOLS when you are logged into the AMAZON WEB SERVICE

SAVING & ACCESSING FILES in ADOBE
When you are ready to save your work, a window will appear asking where you would like to save.
