- Uploaded Artwork in the proper format

- Upload Signed Submission Form(s)
- Submit Payment Digitally via PayPal
PORTFOLIO: $30 (2 Portfolio Limit - 6 works/Portfolio)
Portfolio is only available to High School Seniors
Fee waivers are available to students for whom entry fees would be a barrier to participation. Students must indicate that request when prompted through the online registration. During that process, a Fee Waiver form will be auto-populated with the student's information. The student must download the digital Fee Waiver form for a parent/guardian signature, then upload the signed waiver form to their account.
10 Photography entries/student limit. If a student submits two photography portfolios, they have reached their limit and can not submit additional entries in the individual photography category
DIGITAL ONLY/MAIL-IN ENTRIES NOT ACCEPTED
We are only accepting submissions and payments digitally. Students must upload all required signed forms, fees, and fee waivers electronically. Students can scan or take a picture of the signed form with a phone & upload. All entry fees must be paid online via PayPal or waived by uploading a signed fee waiver form.
For artwork to be processed & ready for adjudication, the following steps must be completed by December 9th, 2022.
